Privacy

Franchise Quest is a small free game. We collect only what's needed to run the service.

What we store

• The email address associated with your sign-in (Google account or email link), used to identify your account.
• A username you choose, displayed publicly next to your team in standings and activity feeds.
• Your gameplay state — team name, roster, points, transactions — needed to operate the league.
• Standard server logs (request paths, status codes, timestamps), retained briefly for debugging and abuse prevention.

What we don't do

• We don't run ads or advertising trackers.
• We don't sell or share your data.
• We don't ask for a password — sign-in uses Google or a one-time email link.
• We don't process payments. The site is free.

Third parties

Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication (Google). Game data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore. The site runs on Google Cloud Run. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the service.

Game results, schedules, and player statistics are pulled from publicly available league data feeds.

Your data

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data yourself at any time from your account settings. Deletion is immediate and irreversible — it removes your profile, teams, and activity, and returns your players to the free-agent pool.

Changes

If we materially change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
